Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, our products were not what you anticipated, simply call your Sales Representative or Pico Digital customer service and we will be happy to assist you in replacing or returning the order. You may return items for full credit, as long as they are returned within 30 days from the original invoice date and are unopened, undamaged and in their original boxes/packaging. Items returned within the 30 day period, but require repackaging, repair or recertification will be subject to fees of not less than 20% and not more than 50% of the original purchase price. These fees will be determined by the condition of the returned product and what is required in labor and materials to return them to original condition. After the 30 day period returns will not be accepted for credit.
